Patterns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for patterns purchased on the website. If you are experiencing difficulty with the pattern, please check the Helping Hands section for guidance on performing the stitch required. If you identify an error in the pattern, send an email to email@example.com outlining the error.
Kits: We accept returns and exchanges of kits provided they are returned unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any credit applied to your account will not reflect shipping and handling charges.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of all returns to Jane’s Designer Yarn Patterns, Inc. In addition, the purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend purchasing adequate insurance to cover the loss of the shipment.
